Professional Dance Test applicants must complete the Request for Examination form. (If arranged the same day as the Teaching Examination the cost is $50.00 or at a later date the cost is $75.00.

Professional certification as A - or B -

• Pre-requisite: must have passed a CDTA Associate Level Teaching Examination.
  
• Must pass an Professional Dance Test. This is a practical demonstration to music in his/her own gender with a partner the five dances. All dances must include Silver and Gold material danced at a Gold level. (Viennese Waltz may be danced at Silver level and Fleckerls optional)
  
• Must attend a CDDSC Adjudicating seminar or train with a National Championship Professional (NCA) who will provide written proof of attendance.
  

Professional certification as A+ or B+

• Pre-requisite: must have passed a CDTA Licentiate or Fellow Teaching Examination.
  
• Must pass an Professional Dance Test. This is a practical demonstration to music in his/her own gender with a partner the five dances. All dances must be a minimum of Gold level and contain two (2) amalgamations of open work.
  
• Must attend a CDDSC Adjudicating Seminar or train with a National Championship Professional (NCA) who will provide written proof of attendance.
