Student Examinations

PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDENT EXAMS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING.

Members interested in entering students for Ballet Exams:

Step 1: Please submit a “Request for Student Examinations” form. This form allows the Ballet Exam Secretary three possible options for your exam dates to ensure an examiner is available for the preferred dates. Preferred exam dates will be accommodated where possible. Every effort will be made to fulfill requests, but sometimes this is not possible. Please give the Ballet Exam Secretary ample time to fulfill your exam requests, especially when travel outside the Lower Mainland is required.

Step 2: The Student Exam Entry FormStudent Exam Schedule must be submitted with full payment and received by the Ballet Exam Secretary six weeks prior to your exam date.

Entries received after the six-week date will be subject to a $25.00 per week late charge, not to be pro-rated. Late addition fees are $10.00 per exam.

Please ensure that current entry forms are used. Incorrect forms will be returned, and late charges will be applied where applicable. Also ensure that your students’ names are spelled correctly and that ages are included on the student schedule.

Please read the Rules and Regulations, as well as the Exam Procedure documents. You will find plenty of information and assistance for preparing to host the Examiner and have a successful examination session.
